Recently, Ningbo Ala Brewing Co., Ltd., thanks to its outstanding product quality, profound cultural heritage, and continuous technological innovation, has successively won a series of authoritative certifications and honors, including "Zhejiang Time-Honored Brand," "Zhejiang Green Enterprise," and "Ningbo Top 100 Brands," demonstrating the company's leading strength and brand influence in the rice wine industry.

As a company with a century-long brewing history, Ningbo Ala Brewing Co., Ltd.'s predecessor can be traced back to the state-owned Ningbo Dongfeng Winery in 1908. Since its official name change in 2004, the company has always adhered to the development philosophy of "building with strength, inheriting with culture, supported by technology, and speaking with quality," gradually growing into one of the top five rice wine producers in my country and one of the largest private rice wine enterprises in the country.

The company has demonstrated outstanding performance in quality management and green development, having successively passed ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, HACCP, and BRCGS global standard food safety certifications, and has been rated as a "Zhejiang Green Enterprise" and a "Ningbo Environmental Protection Model (Green) Factory." Its "Ala Laojiu" brand has been recognized as a "Zhejiang Time-Honored Brand" and a "Zhejiang Provincial Famous Brand Product," with a brand value assessment of 2.54 billion yuan, and was selected as one of the "2024 Ningbo Top 100 Brands."

In terms of technological innovation, the company, relying on Ningbo's only municipal-level fermentation engineering research center, has successfully developed national-level scientific research projects such as "Bio-fermentation Method for Producing Red Date Rice Wine," and widely applies modern biotechnology and dynamic fermentation control systems to achieve intelligent and green rice wine production. The company has an annual brewing capacity of 60,000 tons and a bottling capacity of 100,000 tons, with products covering five major categories: rice wine, baijiu (Chinese white liquor), fruit wine, and cooking wine. Its products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia, making it one of China's largest rice wine exporters.

Fu Qinfeng, Chairman of the Board and one of Zhejiang's Top Ten Brewing Masters, stated that Ala Brewing will continue to adhere to a development path combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, continuously promoting product innovation and quality improvement, and is committed to building "Ala Laojiu" into an outstanding brand of Chinese rice wine, contributing to the promotion of Chinese rice wine culture.

In the future, the company will continue to deepen its market layout of "taking Ningbo and Zhoushan as the core, radiating across the country, and exporting overseas", launch more light alcoholic beverages that meet the needs of young consumers, continuously enrich its product portfolio, and promote the high-quality development of the rice wine industry.
