Entering the modernized brewing workshop covering over 30,000 square meters, the intelligent scene greets you. It breaks the traditional impression of a "heavy manual labor and experience-driven" brewing workshop. Inside the workshop, fully automatic grabbers precisely transfer raw materials, and intelligent steaming robots swing their mechanical arms to evenly spread the mash into the pot. The movements are precise and smooth. Compared to traditional manual operations, the efficiency has increased by more than three times, and the thickness and speed of the material placement can be strictly controlled to ensure the stability of the wine yield and the quality of the wine body. "Previously, steaming was entirely done by the master through oral instruction and experience-based 'observing steam for steaming'. Now, through the intelligent system, the ancient techniques have been transformed into digital instructions. From the fine grinding of rice to the fermentation temperature and sterilization time, every step is supported by precise data, achieving standardized control," the workshop director of the factory explained.

It is reported that the factory's upgraded intelligent production line this time integrates cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and 5G, and has constructed an intelligent system covering the entire chain from raw material processing to fermentation, bottling, packaging, and warehousing and logistics. In the raw material processing stage, the intelligent screening equipment can quickly remove impurities and precisely control the moisture content and crushing degree of the raw materials, laying a solid foundation for brewing high-quality base liquor; in the fermentation workshop, sensors capture real-time key data such as cellar temperature, humidity, and microbial flora, and through the central control system, they can be adjusted in real time to ensure that the mash ferments fully and maximally stimulate the flavor of the raw materials; in the bottling and packaging workshop, the processes of bottle cleaning, bottling, labeling, and stacking are carried out seamlessly, and the intelligent robotic arms and high-speed assembly lines work collaboratively, with the daily production capacity increasing by more than 20% compared to the traditional production line. Moreover, each bottle of wine will be labeled with an exclusive traceability QR code, enabling a full-process traceability from "one bottle to one code", allowing consumers to drink with peace of mind.

While adhering to the essence of traditional craftsmanship, the factory deeply integrated the concept of green and low-carbon into the entire process of production line upgrading, achieving a win-win situation of efficient production and ecological environmental protection. By optimizing the cleaning process and upgrading the reclaimed water system, the annual water savings can reach over 3 million tons. The treated reclaimed water can be used for the greening of the factory and the production cycle. The implementation of the condensate water waste heat recovery project can save over 1,800 tons of standard coal annually, effectively reducing carbon emissions and contributing to the construction of a "zero-carbon factory". "We have always adhered to the concept of 'respecting tradition and valuing science'. Intelligent transformation is not to replace craftsmanship, but to empower craftsmanship with technology, allowing traditional brewing techniques to regain new vitality in the new era, while achieving the goals of energy conservation, consumption reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement," the factory's director said.

The intelligent upgrade of the production line not only enhanced production efficiency and product quality, but also promoted the coordinated development of the entire industrial chain. It is known that after the full operation of this production line, it can achieve an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons, with an estimated annual output value of 900 million yuan. This will directly drive the development of local high-quality grain planting, agricultural product deep processing, logistics and warehousing and other supporting industries, providing solid industrial impetus for rural revitalization. Currently, 19 employees in the workshop can complete the work previously done by 120 people. The annual output of original wine per person has significantly increased, reducing the labor intensity and cultivating a group of skilled and experienced multi-skilled talents.
